My Current Workout
January 2010 – Present
I’m back in the gym, no cardio though, only strength training. I’ll start cardio as soon as my foot heals.

Pilates twice a week
October 2010 – November 2010
Due to a fractured sesamoid bone, my workouts don’t involve much cardio right now. So I thought that I’d go back to my kettlebells since that gives a bit of cardio along with some resistance training.
I do this circuit twice and abs. My gym membership is about to expire but until then, I’ll do upper body weight training and a minimal lower body workout. When the membership ends, I’m not quite sure what I’ll do; I’m guessing I’ll figure that out once I move back home.

My current workout routine is now P90x!

In addition to the P90x, on the non-cardio days, I will be doing some form of cardio….probably mostly biking.
I took ‘day 1 P90x’ pics last night….the decision to post the pics will be dependent on my progress. Wish me luck!
